Quality

As you can see on our website, there are several types of qualities we describe.
Hereby an explanation of the different qualities that we use:

Original

Original part supplied directly from the manufacturer. So we order it from the manufacturer and deliver it to you directly.

Service Pack

Original part delivered directly from the manufacturer in factory packaging. So we order it from the manufacturer and leave the original packaging unpacked.

New

Original part not supplied directly from the manufacturer, can also come from a disassembled device. The parts can come from anywhere, but we can't prove it's original.

Refurbished

The part has an original display, but is assembled with a compatible glass. These are actually used parts that have been made 'new'.

OEM

Original Equipment Manufacturer, but origin cannot be explained. These are often parts of suppliers to the major manufacturers.

Compatible

Part is compatible and has nothing to do with the original. This is the highest attainable quality at compatible level. The margin of error is highest in comparison with other qualities that can be purchased from us.

Our quality is actually the quality that we deliver. We do not deliver 'B' quality. So if you buy for example a Refurbished, OEM or High Copy part from us, you will get the best version of the product. This means that parts are sometimes a few euros more expensive than the competition, our passion is not quantity, but with quality. That is also one of the promises of TouchFix.
